DELIVERY DETAILS & ADVICE
MOST consignments are sent by courier. However, small items of low value are sent out via recorded delivery and will require a signature on arrival. Interlink deliver between 8.00am – 6.00pm week days. Addresses cannot be changed once consignments have left our premises. We DO NOT arrange to leave items safe so make sure you supply a suitable address. If you require an exact time for delivery we can usually confirm on the morning of the delivery a one hour time slot when the courier will deliver your item. If you supply us with your email address Interlink will email you direct with the delivery details.
We aim to have your item(s) sent out within 3 working days, and will email to confirm that your purchase has been sent. However, once the package has left our warehouse, delivery is out of our control. Occasionally, the part(s) ordered may be out of stock and we would therefore advise up to 10 working days delay in your order being shipped. If you require the part(s) urgently, please telephone 07899997720 to check availability with our sales team.
The carriage quoted is to the MAINLAND UK only and is charged at our cost. We do not make profit on carriage. Carriage charges to Isle of Wight, Southern Ireland and other UK Islands will be subject to extra charges if the item cannot be sent out via Royal Mail – if you are in doubt as to what the carriage charge will be, OBTAIN A QUOTE prior to placing your order. We will require your email address to be able to inform you of the charge prior to dispatch of your items.
RETURNS – UNSUITABLE ITEMS
Loki customs may in its sole discretion accept or reject the return of any Goods which have been incorrectly ordered. In the event that we Loki customs decide to accept the return of such Goods, such acceptance shall be upon such terms as we, Loki customs may determine and in particular the Seller reserves the right to charge for the carriage, handling and restocking of such goods.
Where Loki customs has accepted any return of Goods, they should be returned in a resalable condition, and in original packing in order for a full refund to be made. PLEASE NOTE RETURN CARRIAGE IS NOT PAID ON THESE ITEMS and we will not refund the postage paid to send the item to you. We do not accept returns of items simply because you have changed your mind. Make sure when you make a purchase, you have done all your homework. We are happy to answer any questions you may have prior to purchase. All items are checked – twice – prior to dispatch. We never send incomplete items/orders out!
Please ensure items are returned, dry, clean and well packaged in their original packaging. ALL ITEMS must be returned via secure means of insured registered transport. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL US FOR A RETURNS NOTICE PRIOR TO SENDING ANY ITEM BACK WITH IN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE. We will not accept returns with out a returns notice or after this period.
Loki customs reserves the right to accept or decline requests for cancellation of any goods or services. Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. Orders that require cancellation after dispatch will need to be made in writing, either by email to email@example.com or to our address on the invoice with in 14 days of receipt. Orders cancelled after payment has been received will incur a 15% charge to cover costs, being card processing charges, Bank charges, invoice generation, import duty and handling charges, re stocking etc. Orders cancelled prior to payment being received will not normally incur any charges. Special orders, including but not limited to the importation and supply of non stock parts will not be able to be cancelled, this will normally be advised at the time of ordering.
WARRANTY ON CLOTHES AND TOYS
All clothing carries a one-season return to manufacturer warranty, provided they are used for the purpose for which they were sold and have not been abused in any form. Inflatable items hold a 60 day (subject to testing at manufacturers discretion) warranty.
In the event of failure, we will need a digital image sent via email of the damaged area. Once your warranty claim has been processed, if it is confirmed that your item is faulty, on our instruction we will require you to cut up the item and send a further email including a picture clearly showing the destroyed item.
We can then release the replacement item to you. Please be aware that there may be a delay in spare parts being supplied through supply from the manufacturer. This excludes any demonstration items and used goods which are subject to the manufacturers or their agent’s discretion.
INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED ORDERS
Any shortages or damages must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods, otherwise claims will not be considered. Delivery dates mentioned in any quotation or acceptance form or elsewhere are approximate only and not of any contractual effect. The company shall not be under liability to the buyer in respect of any failure to deliver on any particular date or dates.
If in the case of the contract or any order involving more than one delivery, default is made in payment on the due date the company shall have the right to suspend all or any further deliveries pending payment or to terminate the contract in its entirety by notice in writing to the buyer.
WORKSHOP – CRAFT REPAIRS, ENGINE REPAIRS AND SERVICING
When work is completed on any craft or part of, payment is required without delay. Confirmation that work is complete will be by telephone and should additional information be required in writing, your address must be provided. We are not happy to accept an email address, however, will send information at your request. Failed emails will not be accepted as our responsibility.
Craft and engines that are not collected within the agreed time-frame of up to one week, will result in a storage charge of £12.00 plus VAT per day. Your craft will not be released until the whole balance is paid. We will not store craft free of charge!
WORKSHOP AND MACHINING SERVICES – WARRANTY
All work undertaken or parts supplied by Loki customs, is covered by a limited RETURN TO BASE warranty. This means that in the unlikely event of a full or partial failure, it is the customers’ responsibility to contact Loki customs at the soonest possible opportunity to notify of such an issue so that the matter can be resolved. It is the customers responsibility to cover any costs for transportation, fuel, taxes or any additional charges involved in the resolve of any warranty claim.
Loki customs will NOT accept any responsibility unless proper investigation of the issue has been made by Loki customs . With regards to engine work, Loki customs will not accept any warranty claims should the engine be tampered with or stripped down by either the customer or another party, unless prior authorization is given byLoki customs .
